Overview

Engaged to lead global demand generation, primarily for North America with support for EMEA and APAC. Scope included on-site events in the U.S. and virtual support abroad, with a special focus on the flagship industry event, SAP SuccessConnect.

Global Demand Gen Program

  • Built an agency-led engine covering events strategy, planning, and execution across NA/EMEA/APAC.
  • Integrated email marketing and social media to warm targets pre-show and sustain momentum post-show.

Flagship Events Orchestration (SAP SuccessConnect)

  • Developed a clear events strategy and sales-enablement plan tailored to SuccessConnect.
  • Operated a booth presence plus meeting lounge for 1:1 sales conversations; hosted team events and a client/prospect happy hour to deepen relationships.

Engagement Design & Lead Magnets

  • Built a custom in-booth game with a live leaderboard + prize to drive foot traffic, repeat visits, and lead capture through friendly competition.

Operations, Vendor & Budget Stewardship

  • End-to-end logistics & coordination, inventory management, vendor negotiation/management, budget ownership, and graphic design support to ensure consistent, on-brand delivery worldwide.

Sales Enablement & Alignment

  • Created onsite playbooks and provided enablement support so the sales team could convert booth interactions into qualified meetings and next steps.
